Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package directly to your door.

What is your return policy? Because our sacred art and jewelry pieces are thoughtfully curated and often made to order, we do not currently accept returns for a change of mind. However, your experience with Bete Qidusan is our highest priority. If your sitota (ስጦታ) or personal purchase arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Simply provide a photo of the item, and we will immediately arrange a replacement or a full refund to make it right.
