Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Once your order is meticulously prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

1. Tewahedo Wear (Premium Apparel) Our heavyweight garments are custom-printed and dispatched from the premium facility geographically closest to you (available in the US, UK, Canada, Europe, and Australia). This ensures incredibly fast delivery for clothing.
• United Kingdom: 2 to 3 business days
• United States: 2 to 5 business days (Note: Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take an additional 7–12 days)
• Canada: 2 to 5 business days
• Europe: 2 to 10 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 3 to 10 business days
• Rest of the World: 10 to 30 business days
2. Sacred Icons, Crosses & Heritage Gifts Our finely crafted jewelry and sacred art pieces follow a standard international shipping route.

Important Note: If your order contains both apparel and jewelry/icons, they may arrive in separate packages at different times so we can get each item to you as quickly as possible.
