At Bete Qidusan, we consider it a privilege to share our sacred heritage with you. We take the utmost care to ensure every se'ele adno (ሥዕለ አድኅኖ) and piece of jewelry is securely packaged and delivered to your home in flawless condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged during its international journey, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We are here to make it right.

To initiate a claim, please email us directly at support@beteqidusan.com with:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item and its original packaging.

Once the issue is verified by our team, we will immediately arrange either a priority replacement at no extra cost to you, or a full refund. Bete Qidusan will cover all return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

Standard Returns & Exchanges Because our pieces are thoughtfully curated and shipped internationally, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or buyer's remorse. Please review the product details, high-resolution images, and sizing dimensions carefully before placing your order.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed immediately and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to securely appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider's processing times.

Lost or Delayed Packages We provide tracking for every order and monitor your package's journey. However, if your order is unexpectedly delayed beyond our standard shipping estimates, please contact us. We will work directly with the shipping carrier on your behalf to locate the package or issue a replacement if the carrier declares it lost.
