SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking information when your order ships.

United States and Canada
Estimated delivery is 7–13 calendar days. Please allow up to 15 calendar days if the carrier experiences an unusual delay. Tracking is included.

Free shipping
Free standard shipping is applied automatically to eligible orders of $90 USD or more shipped to the United States or Canada. Shipping charges for orders below the threshold are shown before payment at checkout.

Other destinations
Available shipping methods, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by their country.

Tracking and split shipments
Some orders may arrive in more than one package. If this happens, each package may receive a separate tracking number. Carrier scans can take up to 48 hours to appear.

Address changes
Please contact info@beteqidusan.com as soon as possible if the shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered production or shipped. Customers are responsible for costs caused by an incorrect address submitted at checkout.

Delayed or missing packages
If tracking has not updated for 7 consecutive days, or the order has not arrived within 15 calendar days, contact info@beteqidusan.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
