We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Note on Custom Products: Most of our products, including our sacred icons and canvases, are custom-made to order. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items if you change your mind or order the wrong size. Please review the size charts and product details carefully before completing your purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you must contact us at orthodoxtewahedostore@gmail.com.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the specific fulfillment center that processed your order (located in the US or Europe). Contact us for the correct return address before shipping any items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Damages and Issues

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To help us resolve this quickly, please include high-quality photos of the damage and the packaging. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products (such as specialized icons, personalized items, or special orders).

  • Personal care goods (such as earrings or beauty products) for hygiene reasons.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in its original packaging and condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to our nearest fulfillment partner.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
